“My 120 year old District historic row home without insulation needed a major rehab. Brax took over the project following difficulties with another, more expensive, contractor. They expertly coordinated permit approval with the historic preservation office, repaired termite damaged studs, added insulation, James Hardie siding on two sides, and historically compatible wood on the front facade. The house emerged stronger, efficient, more graceful, and ready for her next chapter. The construction crew worked efficiently, and I haven't found a stray nail yet. Boris checked in regularly throughout. Brax truly impressed at a fair price. I highly recommend.”

“We had a major leak after a storm and all the family was stressed out! It was also our first time having a leak and did not know how to deal with it! Brax was referred to us by a Contractor Friend and they exceeded all expectations! They were honest, kept all their promises! They were prompt, they checked out the leak within one hour of us calling! The work they have done went over and above, their was a dish on the roof that was not being used they dismounted the dish and took it with them at no extra cost, they did a lot of small stuff (details) at no extra cost, as if it was their own house!
